London Cab Hire and Photo Booth Hire
The term ‘we’ or ‘our’ or ‘us’ refers to Little Cab Co, the owner of the website, ABN 57609851916, in the Australian Capital Territory. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the hirer.
By paying a deposit you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Payment and Fees
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The outstanding balance is to be paid four weeks prior to your hire. If booked within four weeks of the hire, full payment is required at time of booking.
Prices quoted are for the ACT only. A surcharge may apply for travel outside of the ACT.
Bank deposit or cash are our only acceptable methods of payment.
Cancellation incurs loss of deposit.
However, if your hire is postponed and you provide us with three months notice we will hold your deposit subject to you confirming your new booking date.
Full payment is required for all cancellations with less than 4 weeks’ notice.
Cancellations need to be in writing via our email address email@example.com.
All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
We will not sell your details to any third party and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.
Wedding and Formal Hire
We will not be held responsible for theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our cab.
Should you or your guests cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in our judgment are unfit to travel, we may terminate the booking and no refunds will be issued.
Standalone Photo Booth Hire
Delivery, set up and removal of the Photo Booth are included in your hire charge.
Confirmation of the venue’s approval and the cab’s placement within the venue is your responsibility.
We may stop usage of the Photo Booth at any time during the hire if we feel that the Photo Booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to our product.
Use of Images
You give permission for images taken in the cab to be used by us for promotional and advertising purposes.
We will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on our website or for advertising and will not use any content that may be personally damaging to any persons/s.
We will not be liable for failing to perform our service due to any reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:
- a labour disturbance
- power outage
- internet outage
- interruption of service,
- communication outage
- failure by a service provided to us to perform
- threatened or actual act or terrorism
- or natural disaster.
The cab is strictly non-smoking.
Intoxicated passengers/patrons may be refused transportation or use of the cab photo booth.
The cab will not be driven onto any surface we consider unsuitable.
Any passenger leaving possessions or items in the cab does so at their own risk.
You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests during the hire.
No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to access to the cab at any location.
We endeavor to meet all deadlines and accept NO responsibility for any delays however caused.
Should the cab be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control or any other cause whatsoever, a full refund will be issued and we will provide you with as much prior notice as possible. We will accept no liability for any consequential loss.
Prior notice is required for changes to the time and date of the hire.
We will not be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.
You are responsible for all of your guests/passengers.
If during the period of hire you and/or your guests cause any damage to the cab or Photo Booth, which causes the cab to be withdrawn from service, we reserve the right to invoice you for such damage and subsequent costs of repairs or replacement of items.
Fancy dress props (if used) must be in good order at the end of the hire, otherwise a charge may apply.
